Returns & Exchanges

At Sorce, we want you to love your beauty ritual, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on products that do not meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% full to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and securely tape it to your return package.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
